Who we are
Medley AI operates this website. You can reach us at info@medleyai.eu.
What we collect
When you request a demo we process the details you enter: name, work email, company and role, and optionally lines of business. We use them only to arrange and prepare the call you asked for.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request before entering a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Where data goes
Demo requests are delivered to our inbox and, where configured, to our CRM. Processing takes place inside the EU. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer.
Cookies and analytics
Nothing is measured until you say so. On your first visit we ask, and Google Analytics only loads if you accept; decline and no analytics cookie is ever set. Either way we store one small item locally to remember your answer, which is strictly necessary and not shared. You can change your mind at any time from the link in the footer.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@medleyai.eu. You may also complain to your supervisory authority.
